Vacancy Financial / administrative assistant

We are looking for a Finance/Administrative Assistant to join our enthusiastic team.

Are you accurate and have a passion for administration? Then we are looking for you!

In this position, you will ensure that all customer data in our system is up to date. You support the financial administration by, among other things, checking purchase invoices and processing them correctly. Furthermore, you receive visitors enthusiastically and answer the phone. You also perform various facility-related tasks, such as ordering office supplies.

You are/have:

-        MBO working and thinking level;

-        Accurate, you have an eye for detail;

-        Available between 32 hours and 38 hours per week;

-        You have experience working in Excel;

-        Hands-on mentality and collegial.
