Job description
Are you a customer-friendly, proactive and accurate administrative jack-of-all-trades who does not shy away from change? Then you could be the perfect candidate we are looking for. As an HR assistant, you will take care of personnel administration independently and work closely with our accountant to ensure error-free HR administration. You will be responsible for drafting employment contracts and study agreements. You will also identify expiring probationary periods, temporary employment contracts and special agreements with employees in a timely manner and liaise with managers in this regard. You are responsible for notifications of sickness and recovery and support the manager in absence counselling. You are also the first point of contact for various employee questions about HR policy. You contribute to the maintenance, updating and improvement of HR systems and you are involved in the onboarding of new employees.
